With a deep understanding of the continually evolving social and political landscapes, attuned to the most effective and relevant communication strategies, Paola has a proven track record of crafting succinct and effective messaging, managing media relations and crisis communications, and leading highly effective marketing campaigns and rebrands. 

Prior to launching Cadence Communications, Paola served as Senior Communications Deputy for Los Angeles City Council President Paul Krekorian and Councilmember Nazarian. She held high ranking communications and public affairs roles with Elevate Public Affairs and the Los Angeles County Business Federation.
